Our Clubhouse was in significant need of repairs. This summer, we will repair the Clubhouse. We are off to a great start with architectural drawings and have secured several bids. The Board will meet in April to determine the direction. We will ask the community for comments and review once the Board sets the trend. This will be done either in person (depending on where we are with the pandemic) or via ZOOM. The Clubhouse will be impressive.  

 Eagle nesting season halted the project until May 2022.

CLUBHOUSE APARTMENT REHAB

The bathroom is being renovated and furniture is being replaced.

Two Pickleball courts and a new Tennis court.

Pool furniture was repaired and replaced 2022.

CC&Rs
Florida Regs required CC&Rs to be compliant with the 2007 regulations. Association Legal Service (a legal firm) will meet with the Board.
