Jonathan Harbour where living in PARADISE is a WAY OF LIFE!

Jonathan Harbour is a gated community located on beautiful Connie Mack Island, Florida just east of the Sanibel Causeway and Punta Rassa.

Our Clubhouse Interior was in need of repairs and some updates.  In the aftermath of Hurricane Ian we took the opportunity to go ahead with some of these much needed modernizations.

The theme is "Coastal" and the flooring is no longer carpet and tile but engineered laminate. The Office will become the library.

Current Clubhouse upgrades:

• New cabinets in Apartment
• Raised ceiling in Apartment kitchen
• New flooring throughout with engineered laminate
• New stainless plumbing in the men’s room
• New Main room “bar” with appliances
• New Window shutters
• New doors
• Women's restroom: new higher toilets
• The Deck enlarged to a single deck.
• Exercise room has become a storage room for tables, chairs, etc.
